Cook Warriors is operated by VORVN Limited, Flat/RM 11, Block C, 13/F, Wong King Industrial Building, 192–198 Choi Hung Road, San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. These terms apply to purchases from this storefront. They do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Keep your order confirmation and the terms applicable when you order.
Products and ordering
Check the product description, selected variant, quantity, delivery address and final checkout summary before placing an order. Images illustrate the product; colors can vary between screens. Any material characteristics or limitations stated on the product page form part of the purchase information.
Only items expressly identified as preorders are preorders. A printing-on-demand product is not automatically a personalized product. Clearly labeled demonstration or integration-test products are test content and are not a representation that a finished commercial book or other product is available.
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We acknowledge successful orders using the contact details supplied. If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange the applicable remedy, including refunding payments for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Your shipping destination determines the applicable prices, currency and delivery options. The final checkout shows the items, selected delivery charges, applicable taxes and total before payment. Changing the destination, quantities or delivery methods may change that amount.
Payments are processed through the methods displayed at checkout. A payment authorization, a completed customer payment, supplier production and dispatch are separate events. Your order updates explain the relevant stage. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
If there is an obvious pricing or description error, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund where payment has already been taken. Nothing in this clause permits us to disregard applicable consumer law.
International delivery
We serve customers internationally. Availability is checked for the specific products, destination and available fulfillment services at checkout. A carrier or printing partner may be unable to supply a particular product to a particular address.
One order can contain multiple shipments from different fulfillment partners. Each shipment may have its own shipping method, price, preparation time and tracking number. The combined shipping charge is confirmed after all required delivery methods have been selected.
Delivery estimates shown with a method are estimates unless expressly presented as a guaranteed date. Production time for printed products and customs processing can affect arrival. We remain your contact for missing, delayed or damaged items; please contact us instead of trying to resolve supplier billing or production directly.
Any import charges payable by you must be disclosed as applicable before purchase. A product expressly sold with duties paid retains that promise. Contact us if a carrier requests a charge inconsistent with your order confirmation.
Please contact us promptly if your address is incorrect or changes. We will try to help, but an address may no longer be changeable after production or dispatch. Any proposed additional cost will be explained rather than charged without your agreement.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
To request a cancellation or return, email support@cookwarriors.com with your name, order reference and the items concerned. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Do not send items to the registered office or a printing partner without checking the return destination.
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel before shipment. Printed items can enter production quickly, so a production cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not remove any statutory withdrawal, defect or refund rights you have.
Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to withdraw, then return them within the legally required period. Statutory exceptions can apply to genuinely personalized goods; standard print-on-demand goods are not excluded merely because they are printed after purchase. Return costs and any reduction for handling beyond necessary inspection are governed by applicable law and the information provided before purchase. Refunds follow statutory deadlines and may be withheld until return or evidence of return where the law permits.
Customers elsewhere retain the cancellation and return rights provided by applicable local law. Contact us for assistance with a discretionary change-of-mind request outside those rights; no additional voluntary return window is promised by these terms.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, contact us with details and, when useful, photographs. A short notification request does not replace or shorten a statutory warranty or claims period. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Where applicable, EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee for goods.
Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. We do not charge a refund processing fee. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
You can give a withdrawal notice in any clear form. Suggested wording: “I notify you that I withdraw from my purchase of [items], ordered on [date], received on [date], order reference [reference], name [name], address [address].”
Product use
Follow the instructions supplied with each product and the warnings on its product page. Cookware can become hot during use. Do not infer oven compatibility from an image: Eggscalibur contains POM components and is not oven-safe. Misuse does not remove rights relating to an existing product defect, but we are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to appropriate instructions to the extent permitted by law.
Order communications and privacy
We use the contact information you provide to send receipts and order, production, shipping or refund updates. WhatsApp updates depend on your selected preference and channel availability. For support, use the email above. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and saved checkout details are handled.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Cook Warriors and Eggscalibur branding, designs and original website content belong to VORVN Limited or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for lawful shopping and personal reference. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent another person.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, fraud or injury. We do not exclude mandatory consumer protections through a general disclaimer.
Please contact us first about a complaint so we can investigate and propose a resolution. Hong Kong law governs these terms subject to mandatory protections available in your country. This does not prevent you from using a court or dispute procedure available to you under applicable consumer law.
Changes
Changes apply prospectively from the date stated above. They do not remove rights attached to an order already placed. We will communicate material changes where required.
