Cook Warriors™ products are distributed worldwide under the operational management of VORVN Ltd., leveraging Fulfillment Bridge as our official logistics and fulfillment partner.

Depending on your location, your order will be dispatched from one of our regional fulfillment centers in:

This global infrastructure allows us to deliver faster and reduce customs delays for international customers.

Please note: We currently do not ship to Germany due to customs restrictions affecting customer experience.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders may ship in multiple parcels if fulfilled from different locations.

Eggscalibur Express Delivery

For Eggscalibur orders, estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–4 business days to Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and 5–8 business days to other destinations we serve. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Eggscalibur-only orders have a flat express shipping fee of $14 USD per order to every destination we serve, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. There are no free-shipping zones for Eggscalibur.
For other products or mixed orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Eggscalibur ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Cook Warriors covers all import duties and taxes for Eggscalibur deliveries to every destination we serve. No additional customs duties or import taxes are payable by the customer on delivery.
VORVN Ltd. and Fulfillment Bridge provide all necessary documentation to assist in customs clearance.
Licenses or certificates can be supplied upon request to facilitate customs processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us immediately at support@cookwarriors.com
We will investigate with Fulfillment Bridge and the shipping carrier.
Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or assistance in filing a carrier claim.
